At Comfort Avenue LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect item can be frustrating, and we are here to help. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon its arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, ensuring that you receive the item in perfect condition or offering a suitable replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom-made or personalized items, such as special orders.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty and hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is by returning the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get what you need in the quickest possible time frame.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our customers within the European Union, we adhere to the EU consumer protection laws, which grant you a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. Similar to our general return policy, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@comfortavenuellc.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
